From the Founder: Martin Negrieski

My name is Martin, and I am a Perth-based Employment Consultant, with experiences in Job Active and Workers’ Compensation. 

Along my travels in employment services, I have seen the positive impact that supported job seeking can have on clients getting back into work. 

Assistance that goes beyond the resume has been critical to empowering job seekers and building their confidence to take that next step.

At the same time, the active engagement with job seekers has enabled me to help employers find the right candidate.

In these observations, I founded Careeraide, so that I can extend my services beyond those in Job Active and Workers’ Compensation.

My Experiences

In Workers’ Compensation, I began my career with the industry-leading Rehab Provider - WorkFocus Australia, where I gained experience dealing with a variety of rehabilitation cases, each unique in its own right.

Following WorkFocus Australia, I began my journey as a Contractor, enabling me to provide employment services to a multitude of Rehab Providers, and doubling my service volume - further reinforcing my industry experience.

My Approach and Philosophy

My approach to employment services is to be a focal point between employers and prospective employees, many of whom need support in changing jobs or re-entering the labour market.

On the job seeker side, I provide tailored support for each client in their job search - ultimately empowering them to reach new potentials in their future working life. I hope to leave each client confident in their capabilities and re-energised when changing jobs or re-entering the labour market.
